The Homestead at Three Peaks is a community of ten single family homes located adjacent to Raven Golf Course Clubhouse and the practice facility. The three or four bedroom homes are on half acre lots. Attractively landscaped grounds surround the wood framed structures with asphalt shingled roofs. The exteriors of the homes consist of attractive wood siding with stone highlights.
The exterior grounds are improved with irrigated landscaping.
