The Annual Meeting is scheduled on September 19, 2026. Please note that the November 2026 & December 2026 BOD meeting dates may change due to the holidays.

Community Pool & Spa Amenity Project Update

The beautiful renovations to the Pool & Spa Amenities at the Timbers on River Run community are almost finished! Both the Pool & Spa are in the final phase of the Phase 2 Start-Up Programs, which require a thorough, specific chemical treatment and brushing of the newly installed, upgraded Pebble Tech plaster. We are pleased to announce the new opening dates for each, which are listed below:

- - Thursday, October 1, 2026, Pool Opening
  - Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Spa Opening

Please note that the original project timeline was extended due to unknown existing conditions found after the demo, and we added additional repairs to the original scope of work. We installed new skimmers in both the pool and spa and added a new step structure to the spa. The upgraded stone coping and stone spa steps give the building a sophisticated mountain-retreat presence. We are delighted with the outcome and are pleased that the renovations will add value to your condominium home!

2026 Timbers on River Run Notice of Decking Repair Project

Please be advised that beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026, through the end of September 2026, Brothers Construction will be on-site repairing the condominium balconies. Each unit’s balcony will have work performed during this time. Their team will begin working on the back side of the building, facing the Keystone Mountain first, and then work their way around to the front of the building. During this time and as a safety precaution, there will be times when the pool and hot tub may not be accessible. This is strictly for the safety of the community and our occupants. We appreciate your cooperation during this very important project and will keep you updated on the timing of the project. Thank you!

Beginning, Monday, September 28, 2026, through the remaining week, we will perform the exterior window and balcony window cleaning. If you require privacy during this time, please draw your window shades closed.
